How do I print a bank statement?
Log in at login.legacy.vip and select reports on the left side menu.

I forgot my Legacy VIP password?
Go to login.legacy.vip and click on "Forgot your password", type in your email address, if recognised, an email will be sent to you containing a link which will allow you to change your password.
How do I close my Legacy VIP?
Contact Legacy VIP and will assist you.

What are the fees for incoming and outgoing transfers?
When will my incoming wire transfer reflect in my Legacy VIP account?
It depends on the bank which are used to transfer the money.
When will my outgoing wire transfer reflect?
1 - 2 working days

We currently accept USD, GBP, EUR, NZD and CAD

How do I deposit money into my Legacy VIP account?
How do I send money from my Legacy VIP account to another bank account?
What are TANs.
TANs are an extra layer of security for outgoing transfers. When your Legacy VIP account is generated, a list of TANs will be emailed to you. Each TAN can only be used once. The system will generate more TANS as you need them. Keep your TANs in a safe place!
A payment made into my Legacy VIP account did not reflect.
Contact our support team and we will assist you, alternatively send us a direct message through the online banking interface - click on the envelope icon next to your name at the top on the screen.
Is it possible to cancel an outgoing payment?
There is no possibility to cancel the outgoing payment which has been sent from your Legacy VIP account.

What is the identification procedure for a corporate account?
After completing the Sign Up form, you will receive a corporate account application form with details on the required identification documents and upload procedure.
What is the identification procedure for a personal account?
After completing the Sign Up form, you will recieve a personal account application form with details on the required identification documents and upload proceedure.
How long will identification process take?
Provided the correct documents are submitted between 1-2 working days
Why is there a need for the identification process?
The strict identification process is being performed in accordance with our crime, money laundering and funding of terrorism preventive policy. All the information about our clients is safe and could not be disclosed to third parties unless it is required by law enforcement authorities. We have eligibility to collect personal information about clients provided by State Data Protection Inspectorate.
