A Legacy reset, built around you
The Vitality Experience is a full day of cutting-edge wellness and biohacking — cryotherapy, a hyperbaric chamber, red light therapy, PEMF, hydrofacials and more — led personally by health expert couple and facility owners Greg and Mel. Three small groups will rotate through their chosen wellness circuit together, then rotate to a movement option, a nature rotation, and lunch. Keep the conversation going over dinner and drinks in the village and the deck overlooking the water at our Creekside VRBO.
