Start with a vulnerable member TED-style talk, then break into your choice of six discussion circles selected to serve members — pricing deals, revenue KPI benchmarking, or founder growth strategies.
Pillars Two & Three: Leadership + Life & Legacy
After intentional time to finish conversations and deepen connections, the same format continues: member talks plus deeper dives into leadership, life, and legacy topics — leading change, thought leadership, motivating different generations, high performance revenue cultures, leading in the age of AI, untangling identity from work, and reimagining success.
Activities: Spa & Pool
Time in the Spa’s Aqua Therapy Circuit — hot and cold soaking pools, a bracing cold deluge shower, and the only KLAFS SANARIUM® in the continental U.S. — or laps in the 25-meter heated saltwater pool. You pick how you recharge — this is Civana’s whole point, and we’ve built in time to use it.
Awards Dinner & Dancing
Cocktails, gourmet food, and recognition — our 2027 Legacy Leader of the Year will be named and the next generation of leaders recognized. Music, firepits, and a little dancing. Partners are welcome to join this one with an add-on ticket.
